Shout out to Grace for being a phenomenal server! She guided us through the menu with passion and gave great recommendations. Food came out efficiently and was delicious. We cannot wait to come back to try more. Drinks: Martini with lemon twist and Espresso Martini Starters: Beef carpaccio, Caesar salad, focaccia bread Entree: Casio E Pepe Gnudi, 8 oz Filet (add their special butter), whipped potatoes, and broccolini

If you are looking to take someone somewhere special, this is the place! The steaks are fantastic! The quality of beef sets them apart from other restaurants. The atmosphere gives off a mature and sexy upscale inner city vibe. It's absolutely fine dinning and the service is great.

Our group of high school friends gets together once or twice a year, and this time we chose this steakhouse for our reunion dinner—and wow, what an experience! The highlight of the night was our incredible waiter, Brady. We were a loud, excited group, but Brady handled us with such grace, humor, and professionalism. He didn’t just take our orders—he guided us through the menu, explaining every dish with such passion and detail that we were all genuinely impressed. His service turned dinner into a full-on experience, and it was unforgettable. Brady’s energy, attentiveness, and knowledge truly made our night. This restaurant is lucky to have him, and if you’re planning a visit, do yourself a favor and ask for Brady. He’s the best!

I had a wonderful experience at Little Betty. My server Douglas made the experience magical. He made sure I celebrated my birthday even though it was in July. He was knowledgeable about the menu and gave perfect recommendations. The food was so good. One of the best burgers in Birmingham. I can’t recommend this restaurant enough.

This restaurant and all the people that work in it define the concept of “ good experience “. I was feeling so welcome that it felt like they knew me from a long time. The food is AMAZING but the absolute highlight of this place is the staff, friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and very good vibe. I went there yesterday for my last meal in the US before going back to Brazil and they made me feel absolutely special. The best restaurant that I had the pleasure to visit in a long time. I’ll definitely be coming back whenever I’m back to Alabama. Special shoutout to Grace and Lee ( I’m so sorry if spelled your name wrong ) they were both so Adorable and kind to me that I could not leave this review without mentioning their name.

Wow! This restaurant is a must experience for fine dining in Mountain Brook! Each item from the menu deserves its own lengthy praise, but alas I will attempt to keep this review short and sweet. We started off our evening with the wagyu croquettes that were beyond tasty, crispy and savory. The theme of savory continued with our amazing caesar salads; from the dried lemons, to the dressing and the perfectly crisp lettuce, the caesar salad was exquisite. Our entrees included a delectable papardelle with white truffle on top and the 12 oz bone in strip that was so delicious and cooked to perfection. No steak meal is complete without french fries and the gouda fries were delish! As any patron knows, the server is crucial in a dining experience and Jason made our night fabulous. My expectations are very high when dining and Jason checked off every box! My husband and I loved every aspect of our dining experience at Little Betty and we look forward to returning and trying the desserts!

It was our first time dining at Little Betty and I have to say the anticipation was worth the wait. The dining experience was a delight from start to finish. The impeccable service the moment we walked in set the tone for a wonderful evening. Our server was very knowledgeable about the menu and her recommendations were spot on. The tuna veil appetizer was not only a beautiful presentation but was probably one of the best appetizers I’ve eaten. It was light, refreshing and full of flavors. I highly recommend starting with this dish. The steaks were cooked to perfection and the sides were enough to share. The house made ice cream was the perfect ending to a memorable evening at Little Betty.

Fleming's was my favorite steakhouse but Little Betty is now my go to. If I told you I was able to cut my A5 Australian wagyu steak with a spoon...please believe me that I'm telling the God honest truth. It was seasoned and cooked to perfection. Service and atmosphere deserves a 10 star rating. Will definitely be back soon!!
